Discover art techniques while incorporating high quality art mediums in this exciting new session! Learn historical art facts about women in art. Create a relief sculpture as we consider the work of Louise Nevelson. Express the idea of family through creating a memory quilt in the style of Faith Ringgold. This session is full of exploration, discovery and creativity. Get ready for fun and discover the fantastic lives of the Queens of Art! And, as always, Dress for mess!
About Us
Smart with Art is a mobile art education company offering high-quality art education programming in schools, community centers and homes throughout Washington.

Due to COVID-19, Smart with Art has expanded our offerings to include virtual classes for daytime education in schools, after school enrichment, workshops and parties. In person events follow all safety protocols for COVID 19, including mandatory masks and social distancing seating for art making. We also provide hand sanitizer and gloves upon request.
Established in 2011, Our award- winning company, offers a variety of after school art educational options, daytime art programming, workshops, curriculum kits, party packages and summer camps. We are a process-oriented art program fostering self-expression and creativity. Students will gain self-esteem as they learn to evaluate risk, solve problems creatively, and engage their imagination all while developing artistic skills.
